Sonography and EMG Biofeedback’s Role in PIN Syndrome After Rehabilitation? A Case Report

The radial nerve divides into two terminal branches the superficial and posterior interosseous nerve. Posterior entrapment is associated with weakness in extension of fingers, atrophy forearm muscles, localized pain lateral aspect elbow proximal without sensory deficits. A 37-year-old man complained difficulty right finger (MMT 2) persistent (VAS 5) at after a fall from motorcycle six months before admission. We treated patient physical rehabilitation program for three total 12 visits. Sonography electromyography (EMG) biofeedback were performed to evaluate improvement program. After months, was relieved, extensor muscle strength increased. This showed that sonography EMG play role detection evaluation abnormality due (PIN) syndrome.
